If there is a Zen sitting group, or a meditation group from another 
Buddhist tradition, accessible to you, I think you would find it to be 
helpful.  You can form a connection to a new community and this can help 
provide some groundedness while you are going through all these 
simultaneous transitions.  Just sitting with others can help with feeling 
alone.  We all suffer and seek peace.
