I love trac but is it right for these type of tickets?

I believe so -- I'd have to confirm with Erik. However, given the
number of requests we've gotten for this recently, if it's not on
the roadmap, it probably will be ;-)
Definitely plan to integrate question is which ones. This will be
customer driven. At the least we will have a hook to run a command
which creates the ticket).
