First of all, thanks for all the help. I really appreciate your responsiveness.

So I set zPingMonitorIgnore to true, acknowledged the /Status/Ping events for the Windows machine (I'm assuming this is what you meant by "clear"), restarted Zenoss, and remodeled the Windows machine, but I still don't get any performance data. All graphs remain blank and static. Could it be because I'm using an older version ( 0.21.0)? If not, do you have any other suggestions on how to go about diagnosing this problem?
