How long are you waiting?  Zenoss needs to collect a few data points before it 
will graph any thing.  It only polls every 5 minutes (by default) so it could 
take 20-30 minutes before seeing any thing.  Also, zenoss re-reads it's 
configuration by default every 20 minutes so it might take 20 minutes before 
zenoss even realizes you added the device (although restarting the services 
forces it to re-read it's configuration).

You would have to re-collect the configuration to get the Interfaces, but again 
it will take 20-30 minutes for the graphs to populate.
