One thing I'm considering - once I get to the point where you are
(actually having Zenoss gathering all the data I'm interested in) is
setting up Cacti to use Zenoss's RRDs for displaying information.  This
might be a lot easier than customizing Zenoss to do what I want (similar
to you, aggregating graphs from multiple sources into one page), but has
the benefit of one poller, one data collector, and multiple ways to
display the information.

I've done that in Cacti previously to get Mailgraph data generated on
the mail server to display on the Cacti host, but it'll be a bit more of
an undertaking for this one - so for now, they're running side-by-side :>
