Okay, added a CUSTOM tab for Allen (almost 130 lines of graphTemplate code
added for that). Also, added aggregate graphs checkbox --- couldn't get the
RenderServer plugin to work properly for this so I wound up translating it into
a ReportServer plugin. As such, if you have too many devices in any
suborganizer (I've seen it work for 8 but not for 12), the aggregate graph will
NOT generate in IE due to the url-length restriction --- works fine in FireFox,
though.

Not sure if anybody even wants any of these two features, but here it is.

----------
1.4-2
 * migrated graphCommon.py from lib/python to ZenReports/plugin
 * added args/agg for aggregate stickiness as well as disabling checkbox
----------
1.4-1
 * reverted Custom_Layout report to graphsLayout format
 * changed form POST to GET in order to pass QUERY_STRING
 * added aggregate option to graphControlBlock
 * added aggobjs to graphDevices
----------
1.4-0
 * converted graphDevices.py plugin to utilize graphCommon.py
----------
1.3-1
 * created Custom input tabs in SubSystems_Graphs (for Allen)
