Hi there, I am having the same problem as above - com_error(121) DOS code 0x00000079. Here are some more details on my situation which may be helpful.
I am monitoring a bunch of servers in a local subnet using WMI just fine. I am trying to monitor some servers over a site to site VPN on a different subnet in a different domain. I have setup the proper AD admin credentials in the zProperties section and the flag is set to false. I remodeled the device and pushed out to the connectors. My firewall is set to allow bi-directional traffic over the vpn tunnel to the zenoss box and I have setup SNMP on each server at the remote location pointing to my zenoss box. One more note, all of these servers are classifed under Servers/Windows. The default zProperties for the entire Windows subset is configured for our local domain, while for the remote servers I went in and edited the zProperties for each to reflect the proper credentials for that domain. I appreciate any help or advice on the next troubleshooting steps, thanks!
