Hello I am not receiving any syslog messages even thought the zensyslog process is running and listening on the correct port. (I shut down the built in syslog daemon).
My zensyslog.log file has some entries as follows:- 2007-08-28 11:23:54 WARNING zen.Syslog: parseTag failed:'' Can anyone help me with this? I have run into several problems along the way with Zenoss and I dont want to look at any other products although I am losing faith. Any advice would be useful.
