Agreed, I just want to make sure it actually WORKS the way it sounds in the
paid-product. Still awaiting paperwork approval for the eval... to confirm
that this is in place and wonderful, or just advertised :)

In any case, I understand the point ZenOSS (and all the other similar
companies) make about having to have some value-add benefit to their product
above and beyond service/support, whether I agree with /that/ tactic or not.
But it's only a matter of time before someone adds the feature themselves, or
they kick it back to the GPL version. The biggest hangup so far is the lack of
docs on extending the framework, or using the features that exist to do so
(ZenPacks)... it's making it real hard for me to extend it for my purposes, let
alone to help the community. I'm hoping that the number of users who have made
extensions increases, and the level of documentation/howto's/wiki entries
starts climbing. Still needs to be more of this from ZenOSS to jump-start the
process, IMO.

Quite possible that is targeted more at ZenOSS than the community.
