While in the process of evaluating open source alternatives for network monitoring I have talked to a couple of Nagios users who are currently evaluating Zenoss for their enterprise as a possible answer to some of the Nagios shortcomings.
I am doing this evaluation for a client who is seeking an alternative to a very costly commercial solution currently being pushed by internal resources. If possible, I would appreciate whatever information you, as a current user of Zenoss, might be able to provide aimed at comparing Zenoss to Nagios. Thank you for your assistance.
