Installation, configuration, SNMP configuration wasn't a problem for me, it was getting used to a GUI. Lists are extremely helpful but it helps to fiddle with it until you get it right. E.g., I had and am still having insanity issues with Debian distributions being monitored (Asterisk servers). I've got 4 monitored, 1 for the love of life does not like any SNMP configuration I give it.
