I ran the command you said (lsof|awk '/webcache/') and it didn't return anything. Neither did the 8080 variant. I did a netstat -an | grep 8080 and it didn't return anything either so I don't think its running even though zenoss status says that it is (all daemons).
I've tried it from a machine on the local subnet and a remote machine, neither of which work. the Z2.log file doesn't contain any new entries since I restarted the services.
