Dear community, I've just added on the Zenoss some devices which are located on a remote site. The WAN connection is established via VPN (SiteToSite).
The problem now is, that the monitoring (only ping) is too sensitive. The monitored devices can goes down and came up after a short time periode (packet lost or shortly VPN down). My goal is that the alert will be come up after the monitored device is down for 10 minutes, also the mail alert should be sent after 10 minutes device down. Have anybody some ideas or solution how I can solve this.
