You say you set your zProperties. Did you set your zCommandUsername and zCommandPassword? They are in input boxes that aren't next to each other, I initially missed one of them thinking, hmmm, maybe the other isn't necessary. When I figured it out, I filled in both, and things started working fine. (NOTE: I had hoped with properly configured ssh "authorized_keys" files I could get away with supplying username ONLY, but I have never gotten that to work, I always have to supply the password. Also note, the password goes in as cleartext input the first time you enter it, but is asterisked out any time you access that screen later. Not exactly what I'd expect, but at least it's hidden after only being visible once.)
It's also important that the command path be pointing to the commands and where they are on the remote machine. Good luck.
-------------------- m2f -------------------- Read this topic online here: http://community.zenoss.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=14216#14216 -------------------- m2f -------------------- _______________________________________________ zenoss-users mailing list http://lists.zenoss.org/mailman/listinfo/zenoss-users
