I wonder a couple of things:

Do you have your host/device categorized at "/Server/Windows".  If you don't, 
make sure you do, that dictates a lot about what the modeller looks for.

Also, in your zProperties, have you edited the plugins?  First, if you haven't 
classified your host/device as "/Server/Windows", the default snmp plugins 
probably aren't correct.  But, if you want you can edit them directly and add 
snmp plugin fields.  (The link is hard to notice in zproperties... it's tiny 
print, while everything around it is zproperties input boxes.)
