After reading your post I have zenoss.snmp.IpserviceMap applied but did not 
have zenoss.portscan.Ipservicemap applied under /Device/Server. I went ahead 
and added this and remodeled the device. During the modeling it said portscan 
plug-in not found. I shrugged that off and added the IP service of ntp running 
on UDP port 123. I made sure the server also had this running. It shows a 
status of green. I went into the system that is being monitored and turned off 
ntp. Zenoss has been showing a green status for NTP for an hour now. I'm not 
sure what might be the problem.
