Like I said, try it with some port scanner on your PC. I bet it will return with a lot of open ports that may not actually be used. It might be something on your network or how the server advertises services. For instance, if it says FTP is open, but you know it's not....try making an FTP request on the command line and see what message you get or telnet or something else. If it gets any kind of reply back from a remote device it will read the port as open. If another port scanner shows all of those ports open, then you can definitely rule out Zenoss as the problem.
