Ok, tried that. I stopped the zenhun daemon via the web interface. Deleted the file you mentioned, then restarted zenhub via web interface. Zenhub started just fine, but then when I tried to start the three daemons that are giving me fits, I get the same problem.

The odd thing is if I leave zenhub stopped the three daemons will start -- until I start zenhub, then they all fail in a few seconds (or like 15 to 20 seconds later).

The rest of my the Zen daemons are just fine through this whole exercise.

Any other ideas to see what is going on inside Zenhub? Should I look in the Zope Admin interface at some objects or something?

Here's a good way to troubleshoot zenhub.

1. Stop zenoss (zenoss stop)
2. Start zeo (zeoctl start)
3. Run zenhub in the foreground (zenhub run -v 10)
4. In another terminal session run zenperfsnmp in the foreground (zenperfsnmp run -v 10) 5. Look in zenhub's terminal window for errors after you start zenperfsnmp

This gives you the fullest view of what's going on with a minimum of other distractions.
