I am still not getting alerts on raid even after I fail a drive. At
this point I have gone to
/Devices/Server/Windows/TestServer --> Clicked on the Drop down menu
to the left --> More
--> Templates.
Now under Performance Templates for TestServer I have:

RaidStatus /Devices/Server/Windows/Devices/TestServer Raid Remove

When I click on RaidStatus I have specified each drive providing the
OID for each under Data Sources.
Under Thresholds I have specified 1 - 14 Thresholds. Setting the Min
and Max to each number for example:
Optimal is the result of 2 so I have setup a Threshold for Optimal
setting the Min and Max to 2 and
setting the enabled to true. I have binded this templated to this
device but I am still not getting
any information in my history. Can anyone please tell me what step I
am missing.
It sounds like you've done everything correctly. You can try running
zenperfsnmp in the foreground with full verbosity on this particular
device to see if the SNMP OIDs are being collected and compared to
your thresholds.
As the zenoss user:
zenperfsnmp run -v 10 --device=nameOfDeviceInZenoss
