I am new to network management of any sorts. I have only basic knowledge of
linux so I try to use U.I of zenoss as much as possible.

I have successfully added windows devices with snmp enabled to my current
zenoss network.

however I am not having any luck with monitoring remote devices i.e I have
windows servers at a seperate physical location. I did the same thing I did for
local machines within my network and subnet, i.e enabled snmp, made sure snmp
and snmp trap services are running and community string is default to public
and read only, and access by any host for now. ( i know big security risk but
this environment is not in production).

I still get the "no snmp found for ip *.*.*.*" error.

I would really be greatful for any pointers.
