Maybe I can help you: I have 3 physical interfaces a user LAN, Mgmnt LAN, data/storage LAN
Can you do a 'ip route' ? What if you do a: snmpwalk -v1 -c public IP-OF-SERVER Do you get any results? if not please do a: tcpdump host IP-OF-SERVER and do a snmpwalk again. If this all works and you get any results of snmpwalk then it should work in zenoss also.
