Pardon my newbish questions. I'm sure I can find answers in the forums but I'm 
running short of time as I'm evaulating multiple NMS platforms.

1) Can Zenoss provide a customized view of workflow processes? If not is it 
easily customizable? 

2) Concept of a service group (as in Nagios)? I would like to monitor a logical 
grouping of customized scripts (for workflow processes)?

3) Auto generate alerts for a ticket system?

4) Alert escalation?
