I had this issue too but only on Windows machines that I set the class to 
something other than /SERVER/WINDOWS.

If your SNMP walk returns lots of data, put the windows 2000, 2003, or XP 
machine in the class "/server/windows". (you have to do this from the menu, 
manage, change class)

Once you have done this, remodel the device by going to the devices' page, 
click the arrow in the corner, Select "Manage", then "Model Device".

It takes a few cycles to get data, but if you click on the PERF tab, you should 
see the graphs ready to populate within a few min.

Another thing you might check is did you load the SNMP-Informant MIB into you 
Zenoss server?
