The SNMP Informant mib has been part of Zenoss for a long time. Most likely your device has been placed into the wrong device class, and as such, its not getting modeled or monitored correclty.
Here's the simple way to do it. Delete the device. Click add device on the left navigation bar. Put in the IP address of your device, and set the device class to /Devices/Servers/Windows Set the SNMP community string if you like (ideally this would be set at the zProperties of the class or the root of your enterprise, for now, just put it in). Then click add device at the bottom.
