I think your SNMP configuration is wrong, either on Zenoss or over in Windows-land.
In the properties of the SNMP Service, on the Security, be sure you added a community with at least read only access. The bottom box of this screen decides what hosts/IP addresses are allowed to talk to the SNMP service. Be sure your Zenoss server is in there or set it to accept packets from any host. On the Zenoss side, did you put this same SNMP community in?
