I installed the VMWare image of Zenoss on a system in my network. The image configured itself with a valid IP address with in my network. From the GUI I clicked on Browse by Network then Discover devices. The software only sees itself. WMI is configured on all of my desktops and all of the machines are pingable. But Zenoss does not see them.
When in the GUI I search for a known IP address from the Device/IP search the software still does not see the device. I have looked for a place to configure the WMI interface as it needs an administrator login and password, but I can not find a screen to define it. I have attempted to read the administrators Guide but did not find answers What am I doing wrong?
