did you add the network address to discover? you need to type in the network address 10.x.x.x/24 in that format. then the network will appear in the list and when you click discover, the devices will be pinged. I'm not an expert on this, but when I pinged all of the devices on my network, none of the actual PC's show up. It seems like only statically assigned devices showed up...not sure why.
