There might be a way - I did not test it yet since all my devices' interfaces are modeled correctly. Anyway, select an interface so you get to the 'Status' tab of that particular interface. Then add /manage in your browsers address bar. On the top of the screen select 'Properties' and there you have speed to modify the interface's speed.
