I am experiencing very similar behavior on my 2.2.3 virtual appliance running on a Win2003 server. Most interfaces on my routers are not modeled. Also, interfaces with no IP on one router will be up and will have data collected, yet another similar router with an interface with no IP will be down. Yuck.
