Reinstalled Ubuntu 8.04 using the latest 2.2.3 SVN install of Zenoss Reconfigured *everything* from scratch and added the 1st device... Started receiving the errors instantally.
There has got to be a bug with version 2.2.3 and/or how it interacts with Ubutnu 8.04...
