Yea, I'm a little confused on what you're looking for. I'm guessing
you're getting SNMP as expected, but you are *not* getting the WMI data...
If so, searching on WMI will get you a lot of posts about both bugs,
workarounds and background info.
I'll save you some time as I know this decently:
First, get an admin account on the target Windows Systems. Then enter
them in the /Devices/Server/Windows zProperties page using
DOMAIN\username format for zWinUser and the password in zWinPassword ...
Remodel and see if you get the Windows info...
Also, what info are you expecting to see that you do not? You might need
Zenpacks (though not really needed for what the book talks about), or
your own custom performance templates.

The author didn't mention anything (up to this point) about getting more collectors. I've also looked through this guide and the Admin Manual off this site and couldn't find any answers. I've also looked in the fourms with a search that consistantly gives me 904 results, regardless of the keywords i put in, the 1st 200 (yes, i've read that many then gave up) yeilds no help. The ones that do help essentially say RTFM, which is what I'm doing.
Is this an issue with the Virtual Appliance? Would I get more collectors if I used the "real thing"?
If you need more info, or for me to do something, just let me know.
