Thanks for replying... In studying your post... I was scanning a WinXP box (sp3 if that matters) and it was listed under "Discovered". Moving it to Windows/Servers did open up more collectors and in re-modeling it turned out a lot more info. THANKS for that! i have hope now.
It did not give me WinServices, OSProcesses, or IP Services, nor did it detail the CPUs (which are DCore and it DID pick that up, just not the Manfucturer, speed and cache). Also, it didn't pick up on the fact it was a Dell and didn't list the Service Tag, which i suspect is another ZenPack or something. What i did notice was 2 orange errors, both dealing with zenwin and wmi: "evid 7f0000013748f267ffe393b Error reading wmi events" "evid 7f0000013748f265ffe593b WMI connect error on 192.168.1.21: DeviceProxy instance has no attribute 'zWinUser'" Along with 3 Blue errors, 1 of which was dealing w/ SNMP Informant: "evid 7f0000013748fedffb1393b SNMP Informant Standard Argument = \Memory\Pages/Sec ErrorMessage = Unable to parse the counter path. Check the format and synt" "evid 7f0000013748fedafb1493b Error reading value for "memoryPagesPerSec" on 192.168.1.21 (oid .1.3.6.1.4.1.9600.1.1.2.10.0 is bad)" These sound like different problems for a different post, though. As far as the collectors. I can't find an "EDIT" button. I went to /Devices -zProperties but couldn't see anyting to edit. I then went to /Devices/Server and got the same thing. I went to MORE -> Collector Plugins and got the list, but no edit. Just a "Save" and "Delete" button. I also did not have the Add/Hide fields. I thank you for your help again, and for anything else you (or anyone for that matter) can add.
