Hrm.... nothing should be needed once the MIBs are loaded 

Two things are possible, well actually three 
1) the Mibs you loaded might not have the OID mappings you require, if possible 
verify this first as the rest is mute if the OID is not in the MID as thought.
2) the MIBs might be outdated (i guess that's part of point 1)
3) the MIBs didn't load correctly

As for part 3 Zenoss is picky about the way MIBs are loaded.  You need to load 
all the MIBs and their dependencies at the same time, in the same command line.

> Steps required to load MIBs into Zenoss
> •   Copy the downloaded MIBs to $ZENHOME/share/mibs directory via FTP
> •   Navigate to the directory where the MIBs are located (cd 
> /opt/zenoss/share/mibs/)
> •   Switch users to the Zenoss account (su Zenoss)
> •   Run zenmib as Zenoss user to identify dependencies (zenmib run mibfiles 
> *) 
> •   After executing zenmib the following message may be displayed:
>               “Unable to find a file providing the MIB RFC1155-SMI”
> •   In this case the file “RFC115-SMI” would be considered a 
> dependency. Take note of all dependencies reported, as you need a copy of them
> •   Switch to the root account (exit)
> •   Locate the dependent MIB file(s) on the box     (Locate mibfile)
>       PLEASE NOTE:  The majority of dependencies are placed onto the box when 
> Zenoss is installed. If the locate command does not find the file you will 
> need to download it from the internet and copy on the box manually
> •   Copy the dependencies to $ZENHOME/share/mibs (cp path/mibfiles 
> /opt/zenoss/share/mibs/)
> •   Set the Zenoss account as the owner for all MIBs and their dependencies 
> (chown zenoss:zenoss mibfiles)
> •   Switch back to the Zenoss account (su Zenoss)
> •   Run zenmib again as Zenoss user account, including dependencies         
> •   Some dependencies may require dependencies of their own. Repeat these 
> steps until no errors are displayed and all MIBs are loaded successfully


Oh just thought of a 4
4) If the MIB was installed with Zenoss it is not necessarily loaded into 
Zenoss, locate a copy of that MIB and follow the above instructions to load it.
