The most common reason you wouldn't get any data when using the 64bit  
interface counters is that they require SNMPv2c to work. SNMPv1 had no  
concept of 64bit counters. Verify that the devices that have the 64bit  
version of the ethernetCsmacd template bound to them have their  
zSnmpVer set to v2c.
