My current Zenoss install is version 2.3.70 r11219 although no version has ever 
sent the clear message email.

I receive the trouble report email, but when the device recovers i never 
receive an email notifying me of the recovery. 

I have read everything i can get my hands on about it and looked through the 
config numerous times but as of yet am unable to get the clear/recover 
message/email to work.


Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
