I have changed to Zenoss 2.3.3 r11219. I was hoping that was going to fix the problem with clear messages being sent but i'm still having the same issue.
I have checked and i do see the clear message in event history, but i'm not getting any emails about it. Can anyone help me. Give me a place to look?
