Zenoss only uses MIBs for SNMP Trap decoding. Actual perf monitoring 
requires templates which you can specify any OID you like to monitor as 
a datasource. You can name these pretty much whatever you like as well.

The Admin Guide gives some overview on how this works.

Modeling is different, and I haven't worked with modifying it at all so...
