Well, it looks like SNMP monitoring is off for some reason, I'd check 
that - what class is it in? Maybe something like /Devices/Server/MacOSX?

You may want to check with your admin why the run commands submenu is 
empty - mine is the default 2.2.4 install, and it has the command as I 
suggested.
