The advantage in your case, would be the configuration assistance and having someone to take your call and troubleshoot your installation. There are a large number of Enterprise ZenPacks, several of which add functionality not found in Core (VMware, Distributed Collectors, Global Dashboard, etc.), but there is also training available without purchasing Zenoss Enterprise.
