By default Zenoss remodels all devices every 12 hours. You can  
configure this interval by going to Collectors and editing your  
localhost collector. The setting that controls this is the modeler  
cycle interval.

Take a look at the following entry in the FAQ for what could be  
causing the httpd problem.
