Hi all, I have a few issues with the configuration of my Zenoss Core install. I'm sure its just my lack of understanding of the terminology as opposed to technical issue.
I have a windows domain with 20+ windows servers (All with SNMP) 30 3com and Allied Telesyn switches etc etc. I have used nagios for a few weeks but i do not like the graphics and its configuration so this has swayed me to the kinder more please Zenoss Interface! I just want to be able to configure Zenoss to ping all of my devices and report their status and show a green tag next to them and if the ping fails a Red tag. instead what i have at the moment is many blue, orange, dark orange and red events. Please can someone point me in the correct direction. As i say i'm sure its just my understanding of the terminology used for Linux & Zenoss So if this sounding like a very noob question!
