Thanks again James, I have just put a test server into the Devices/Windows/Server class and now again im presented with a dark orange event.
"SERVER|zendisc|/Cmd/Fail||4|Connection was refused by other side: 111: Connection refused." How can i edit the Windows Server Class to add/remove templates that i wish to monitor or not monitor, at present i can see that 2 templates are used on this class Device HardDisk I understand that the HardDisk template is causing the error event above but i see no way to remove it from the class. I hope this makes sense? Do you know where i could find more detailed information on these issues so i dont have to trouble you any more! i really appreciate your help so far!
