There is no event "description" field per se in Zenoss from what I see. The message and summary fields appear to get set to what's in the Windows event description. In my case they are getting set to "None" as I mentioned in my first post on this. As mwcotton pointed out there is an enhancement in the works to change it from "None" to something more meaningful so it's made clearer that the Windows event description wasn't available.
