No, you are using SMTP, but you're connecting to your ISPs server to 
send the mail, rather than trying to send the mail via a local mail 
server. Also, Exchange sort of supports IMAP, but Outlook and compatible 
clients use MAPI or RPC over HTTPS if I recall correctly.

Anyway, try setting Zenoss to send using your ISPs server rather than 
directly, using your U/N and password.
