The 2.1 branch is only accepting bug fixes and cleanups, so you'll have to submit a patch to this list, and see if you can convince Martin Sustrik to accept it. More specifically, I'd be interested in some background explanations, such as use cases, example code, and so on. And then I have a lot of questions... Is this to create HTTP clients or servers?
