Nitoo, I don't define who or what the group is - it is up to all the members to take it where they want to, whether they want to do one or more things among the ones you have listed. The role of the moderator is merely to see that what is "objectionable" doesn't get on to the public forum. This standard, although minimal is, as I've already said, already a very subjective one.
Sorry for the identity crisis. If someone else wants to add on to this, or talk about their expectations from the group or give any suggestions - they would all be very welcome because the nature of the group "allows" it all. Thanks for beginning what I hope would lead on to a rousing discussion. As for not giving you a more nuanced critique of your poem, I find myself at this point unable to do so because my understanding of poetics is not deep enough. I apologise. I was merely expressing a sincere appreciation of your efforts in whatever vocabulary I am comfortable using.
