Are the sha256/fletcher[x]/etc checksums sent to the receiver along with the other data/metadata? And checked upon receipt of course. Do they chain all the way back to the uberblock or to some calculated transfer specific checksum value? The idea is to carry through the integrity checks wherever possible.
