No, but your pool is not imported.

The label, as displayed by "zdb -l" contains the heirarchy of the expected pool
The contents are used to build the output you see in the "zpool import" or
commands. zpool is complaining that it cannot find one of these disks, so look
labels on the disks to determine what is or is not missing. The next steps
