I use OpenIndiana personally, since it's the one I'm most familiar with (direct continuation of OpenSolaris tradition). If you need something with commercial support in that spirit, I recommend having a look at OmniOS. Joyent's SmartOS is really interesting, albeit a bit narrow-profile for my taste (plus, its use of NetBSD packaging means I'll have to adapt to a new way of doing things and I like IPS very much).
