Verint call recording system administration experience is a plus. *Skill Sets* Person must have 7+ years working experience with Contact Center software, ACM, MM, CMS and VoIP environments. Must be familiar with a range of carrier services and voice systems in North America. *Certifications are a PLUS but not required.* Avaya certified ACA, ACS, ACE.
